The project is organized and directed by the Research Centre for Foreign Language teaching, testing and Assessment (RCeL) of the University of Athens, which implements a number of small or longer scale projects in the domain of foreign language education.

Teachers, participating in the VeC project , are coordinated and guided throughout their collaboration by Sophia Argyropoulou, teacher of French, who is experienced in using ICT in education, as well as in organizing European projects on school partnerships and class exchange.
