The Language Testing Project portal functions as a non-profit online community for language testers internationally, but especially for the Greek language teaching and testing community, since it aims to promote their interests and work. Apart from providing links to language testing information, such as abstracts, papers, book reviews, journals, events and language examination systems, the Language Testing Project aspires to bring researchers together by offering an online reading group, in which subscribers may exchange opinions and submit comments, papers and forthcoming studies on language learning, teaching and testing. Language testing researchers are welcome to send their abstracts, papers or power point presentations for posting. Applied linguistics and language testing students and language teachers are also encouraged to subscribe and participate in the reading group.
